Job Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or similar role preferably in high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques food safety regulations and kitchen operations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of financial management including budgeting cost control and inventory management
- Effective communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays

- Implement and enforce health and safety standards and compliance
