Job Description

Tony C's Coal Fired Pizza and Tony C's Beer Garden are proud establishments owned and operated by Tc4 & Co Hospitality, a respected hospitality group based in Austin, Texas. Established in 2011 by partners Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV, Tc4 & Co has grown into a premier owner and operator of several award-winning restaurants throughout the Austin area. Their dedication to "Hard Work, High Standards and Notable Hospitality" has helped them build a reputable brand that values both innovative culinary experiences and outstanding customer service. This group manages a diverse portfolio of dining concepts including Tony C's Pizza & Beer Garden, The League Kitchen & Tavern, and Mighty Fine Burgers, each known for delivering exceptional food quality and memorable dining atmospheres.

Tony C's is especially known for its award-winning New York Style Pizza and Italian American food served in a fast casual setting. Their unique approach combines traditional family recipes and eclectic flavors prepared in a coal-fired oven that operates at nearly 1000 degrees, making their pizza "a few degrees above the rest." This culinary concept focuses on fresh ingredients and authentic taste, appealing to both locals and visitors alike who seek genuine and high-quality pizza and Italian food in a vibrant and welcoming environment.

This employment opportunity is for the Kitchen Manager position at Tony C's. The role is full-time and involves overseeing the daily back of house operations within a fast-paced restaurant setting. As a Kitchen Manager, you will hold significant responsibility for supervising the preparation and cooking of all food items, ensuring that each dish meets the high standards for taste, presentation, and timely delivery. You will also be tasked with managing kitchen inventory, coordinating supply orders, maintaining sanitation protocols, and leading a team of kitchen staff to perform at their best.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience managing culinary teams in similar environments. This role requires someone passionate about food, with the ability to uphold safety regulations and quality standards while supporting a positive and efficient work culture. The Kitchen Manager is vital to ensuring that every guest enjoys a "Notably Hospitable" dining experience by delivering well-prepared meals that reflect the brand’s commitment to excellence.

Joining Tc4 & Co means becoming part of a company that values hard work and the growth of its people. The organization prides itself on fostering a culture where employees can grow professionally, have their voices heard, and contribute to the ongoing success of a rapidly expanding hospitality group. This position not only offers competitive benefits but also provides unique opportunities for leadership development and community engagement through company events and team outings.
