We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and service within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers, ensuring that all kitchen activities meet Topgolf's rigorous quality and safety standards. The Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for training staff in proper food handling and safety procedures, overseeing food preparation with strict adherence to recipes and portion control, and maintaining inventory levels through effective ordering of supplies. This position offers a competitive pay range of $26.00 to $31.50 per hour, along with an attractive benefits package.
