Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of kitchen management experience
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of kitchen management experience
  • experience in a quick service fast food restaurant environment preferred
  • strong shift management abilities
  • excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • knowledge of food service management principles and practices
  • proficiency in food handling techniques to meet safety and quality standards
  • ability to train staff effectively in culinary skills and operational procedures
  • demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • familiarity with Toast POS and xtraChef inventory is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations
  • oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain consistent quality and adherence to brand standards
  • enforce food safety procedures and ensure full compliance with health and sanitation regulations
  • train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members to support professional growth and performance excellence
  • manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs while minimizing waste
  • coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless communication and service during peak hours
  • maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
