Job Requirements
- Experience as a Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in a high-volume environment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage large teams

- Ability to manage inventory and labor costs effectively

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a complex, high-volume kitchen across multiple service points
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse BOH team to uphold rigorous quality and consistency standards
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and supply chain partnerships to drive profitability
- Maintain impeccable health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with leadership on menu enhancements and seasonal features to keep the concept fresh and competitive
