Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a complex, high-volume kitchen across multiple service points
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse BOH team to uphold rigorous quality and consistency standards
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and supply chain partnerships to drive profitability
  • Maintain impeccable health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with leadership on menu enhancements and seasonal features to keep the concept fresh and competitive
