We are currently seeking a full-time Kitchen Manager to join our team at The Breakaway Restaurant & Pool Hall. This on-site role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards for quality and presentation. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for supervising and leading kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring strict compliance with food safety and health regulations to maintain a clean and safe cooking environment. Additionally, this role includes menu planning and coordination of food preparation processes, balancing creativity with operational efficiency to enhance our customers' dining experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth functioning of our kitchen, driving continuous improvement, and upholding the reputation The Breakaway has built as the ultimate sports and dining destination in the Burlington area. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in kitchen or restaurant management
- strong leadership abilities
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- excellent communication skills

- availability to work full-time on-site
- culinary degree or certification preferred
