Job Requirements
- Valid Food Manager Certification
- TABC Certification
- Dependable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Compliance with dress code including black shoes with anti-skid properties
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to exceptional guest service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Leadership experience in restaurant or food service management focusing on operational efficiency and personnel supervision
- Prior exposure to the Wingstop brand preferred
- Valid Food Manager Certification
- TABC Certification
- Dependable transportation
- Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to comply with the dress code which includes black shoes with anti-skid properties
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and team-building experience
- Passion for guest service and staff mentorship
- Integrity, reliability, and professionalism
Job Duties
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the restaurant to maintain excellence in food quality, customer service, hygiene, and team productivity
- Recruit individuals, provide training, and support the advancement of team members while promoting a culture of respect and engagement
- Showcase outstanding hospitality and encourage team members to hold themselves accountable
- Enhance cost management by strategically coordinating inventory, scheduling, and ordering processes to minimize food and labor expenses
- Keep an eye on the financial performance, establish goals, and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability
- Abide by all health, safety, and sanitation protocols and company regulations
- Arrange frequent team sessions to harmonize objectives and strengthen the beliefs of the organization
