Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age with legal identification
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and climb stairs
- Ability to lift 50-60 pounds regularly
- Capable of standing for entire shift if needed
- Frequent immersion of hands in water
- Reading and writing skills required
- Must be physically agile with dexterity in both hands
- Hearing and audible communication skills required
- Ability to perform quick mathematical calculations
- Awareness of kitchen hazards including slipping, chemical splash, burns, strains, and cuts

Job Duties
- Oversees all kitchen staff including line cooks, lead line cooks, prep cooks, dishwasher

- Responsible for food production, batch cookery, and line cooking
- Ensure kitchen shifts opening and closing procedures are followed
- Verify food orders are served correctly and within time limits
- Follow kitchen closing procedures, food storage, labeling, and cleaning schedule
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Monitor employee theft, purveyor errors, waste, yields and report discrepancies
- Receive and store all food products
- Adhere to state and local laws regarding food and alcohol service
- Keep self neat, clean, and in proper uniform at all times
- Abide by all pub policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties assigned by General Manager
