Known for its relaxed and inviting atmosphere, The Chop House was founded on a commitment to quality, excellence in service, and delivering superior dining experiences. This dedication has made The Chop House a favorite dining destination for guests seeking both exceptional food and attentive service. The company prides itself on a culture that values every team member's contribution and strives to create a positive impact on all those involved in its success. As a growing establishment, The Chop House is constantly on the lookout for talented and driven individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to advance in their careers.
This position offers a wonderful opportunity for growth and prosperity within a stable and supportive company. The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of one of The Chop House's restaurant locations, ensuring that guests consistently receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. The individual in this role will assist in recruiting, retaining, and developing staff to maintain the team’s quality and performance standards. Reporting directly to the general manager, this position demands strong leadership skills, a commitment to customer service excellence, and a deep understanding of restaurant operations. Employees in this role will benefit from industry-leading compensation with manager pay exceeding $5,000 per year, along with an attractive package of health, dental, and vision insurance, including prescription drug coverage. Additional benefits include company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, voluntary accident and critical illness plans, and an Employee Assistance Program.
Beyond compensation and benefits, The Chop House offers paid vacation time, quarterly bonus opportunities, and opportunities for career advancement from entry level positions up to general management roles. The company promotes a fun and engaging work environment, including travel-paid seminars and training to foster professional development. The restaurant is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, underscoring its consideration for work-life balance and employee well-being.
Joining The Chop House means becoming part of a team that is dedicated to making a positive difference and consistently delivering a dining experience that is second to none. The role is perfect for individuals who are excited about hospitality, eager to take on leadership responsibilities, and ready to grow with a dynamic and reputable brand in the restaurant industry. This opportunity not only offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits but also a career path filled with promise and personal fulfillment.
