Job Requirements

- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to manage and lead a team

- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Optimize food cost by controlling inventory and minimizing waste
- Oversee kitchen production ensuring food quality and safety standards are met
- Manage labor costs by scheduling and supervising kitchen staff
- Increase sales through maintaining speed of service and food preparation to specifications
- Supervise all kitchen operations and ensure compliance with TGI Fridays standards
- Develop managers and employees through consistent feedback and coaching
- Manage scheduled shifts to ensure guest satisfaction
