Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in kitchen management
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to lead and develop a team effectively
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with inventory and labor cost control
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software preferred

Job Duties

  • Optimize food cost by controlling inventory and minimizing waste
  • Oversee kitchen production ensuring food quality and safety standards are met
  • Manage labor costs by scheduling and supervising kitchen staff
  • Increase sales through maintaining speed of service and food preparation to specifications
  • Supervise all kitchen operations and ensure compliance with TGI Fridays standards
  • Develop managers and employees through consistent feedback and coaching
  • Manage scheduled shifts to ensure guest satisfaction
