Job Duties
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff throughout an entire shift, ensuring efficient and smooth kitchen operations
- Ensure all team members accurately follow recipes and read tickets to prepare orders correctly
- Monitor and enforce accuracy in weights and measurements for all recipe items
- Maintain speed of service by ensuring team members work at an optimal pace
- Oversee the cleanliness of workstations and ensure they are clean at all times
- Ensure overall facility cleanliness, including dining room, restroom, and parking lot areas
- Step in to perform any kitchen tasks as needed during the shift
