The current opportunity is for a Kitchen Manager position at one of our Orlando area locations. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our kitchen and overall guest satisfaction. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen functions, ensuring that food purchasing, receiving, preparation, and quality standards are maintained to the highest levels. This includes upholding strict safety and sanitation standards as well as maintaining kitchen cleanliness. - Manage and oversee kitchen staff
- control flow and ticket times

- place and receive food orders
- train kitchen staff on all aspects of the restaurant
