Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in kitchen management or related role
- ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic computer skills for inventory and scheduling

- Proven work experience as a kitchen manager restaurant manager or head chef
- hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients
