We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations at Uncle Julio's. This full-time role is critical to maintaining the high standards of food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction that our brand represents. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen staff, enforcing food safety protocols, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring that each dish served meets our rigorous quality expectations. Your role will also involve collaborating closely with front-of-house teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience that embodies our Tex-Mex spirit.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the casual restaurant industry and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, including positive conflict resolution and effective team communication. Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, current alcohol and food safety certifications, and the ability to communicate verbally in Spanish are highly preferred. We appreciate candidates with formal culinary training and those who can handle the physical demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma preferred
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications as per state requirements
- Formal culinary training preferred
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
