Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years prior experience, preferably with from-scratch cuisine
  • Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays on a regular basis
  • Mobility required during entire shift, including climbing stairs
  • Willingness to work flexible and extended hours
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties

  • Responsible for running expo station in partnership with Lead Cook
  • Responsible for preparing and explaining specials
  • Responsible for determining out times based on kitchen needs
  • Take inventory and prepare orders as needed
  • Prepare menu items according to recipes, plate presentations and specifications in a timely fashion
  • Maintain product presentations, product quality and cook time standards
  • Completes all assigned prep work
