Job Description
Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, stands as one of the world’s premier location-based entertainment platforms, boasting over 360 locations across North America. This dynamic company offers diverse experiential venues, featuring bowling alleys, arcade amusement centers, water parks, and family entertainment complexes. Beyond providing unforgettable entertainment experiences, Lucky Strike also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, the premier professional bowling league recognized globally and cherished by millions of fans. Known for creating energizing and memorable atmospheres, Lucky Strike Entertainment seamlessly integrates fun, competition, and hospitality into all aspects of its operation, making it a thriving destination for entertainment enthusiasts of all ages.
The role of Kitchen Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is more than just overseeing kitchen operations; it is a critical leadership position that marries culinary expertise with strong management skills. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about food and beverage excellence and capable of maintaining high standards while juggling operational demands in a fast-paced, high-volume retail and entertainment environment. Kitchen Managers serve as the stewards of the Food and Beverage program, responsible for bringing nationally recognized menu offerings to life with a focus on quality, freshness, and presentation. They ensure budgets, costs, and food purchasing align with company goals while participating actively in event planning and execution alongside the broader operations and sales teams.
In this role, you will lead a team that includes lead cooks, cooks, dishwashers, and servers, building a cohesive, efficient, and motivated kitchen staff capable of delivering exceptional food services during peak hours and special events. Kitchen Managers at Lucky Strike play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and health standards of the kitchen, conducting sanitation audits to comply with all local Department of Health regulations. A significant part of the job involves strategic planning — from forecasting food consumption to scheduling staff dynamically — to adapt to fluctuating business volumes and ensure operational efficiency.
Apart from daily kitchen management, this position offers the opportunity to be instrumental in creating an unforgettable guest experience through participation in lively events, parties, and banquet services. With a supportive culture that promotes professional development, Lucky Strike Entertainment values Kitchen Managers who take full accountability for their teams, exhibit exceptional organizational capabilities, and bring a service-oriented mindset. As part of the leadership team, you will report directly to the Center’s General Manager and contribute to overarching food-related decisions and improvements.
Lucky Strike Entertainment offers a competitive total rewards package which includes healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. The role includes performance-based incentives designed to reward dedication and excellence. Whether you are an experienced kitchen professional who thrives on high-volume management or a culinary expert seeking to elevate your career in a vibrant entertainment setting, this Kitchen Manager position presents an exciting opportunity to grow with a leading brand acknowledged for its innovation and commitment to guest satisfaction.
