Job Requirements
- minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years experience in kitchen management in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- ability to lead and inspire a team
- strong organizational skills
- passion for ramen and Japanese cuisine
- clear and effective communication skills
- readiness to relocate to Norman, OK before starting work
