Job Requirements

- Proven management experience
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities

Job Duties
- Exceed the expectations of guests by delivering on Pizza Ranch product standards
- Assist the Assistant General Manager in leading day-to-day operations
- Support back-of-house management of the guest experience through Qualtrics data and feedback
- Drive store-level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs
- Provide genuine care for staff and guests to create a legendary impact
- Train and develop team members effectively
- Ensure appropriate and fair business practices are followed
