Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- compliance with state requirements for alcohol and food certification
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- oversee back-of-house operations including cleanliness and sanitation
- implement purchasing and cost control measures
- ensure food preparation meets company specifications
- provide coaching and feedback to hourly associates
- perform administrative and accounting duties according to company policy
- maintain compliance with food safety and alcohol service certifications
- lead and develop the back-of-house team with vision and leadership
