The Kitchen Manager role is integral to maintaining the high standards and operational excellence that define Pizza Ranch. This position challenges individuals to exceed guest expectations continually by ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. Working closely with the Assistant General Manager, the Kitchen Manager plays a key role in managing day-to-day operations and supporting back-of-house leadership to enhance the guest experience, informed by robust feedback mechanisms like Qualtrics data.
Beyond managing kitchen staff and food preparation, the Kitchen Manager helps drive store profitability by carefully controlling food and labor costs while aiming to meet and exceed sales goals. This leadership position is a blend of hands-on operational management and inspirational coaching, requiring a dedicated individual who is passionate about people and service. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Reliable and committed to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- Passion for leading and developing people
- Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple situations
- Effective communicator with good oral and written communication skills
- Restaurant management experience preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- High school graduate or equivalent education
- Possess business acumen
