The Kitchen Manager role is integral to maintaining the high standards and operational excellence that define Pizza Ranch. Working closely with the Assistant General Manager, the Kitchen Manager plays a key role in managing day-to-day operations and supporting back-of-house leadership to enhance the guest experience, informed by robust feedback mechanisms like Qualtrics data.

Beyond managing kitchen staff and food preparation, the Kitchen Manager helps drive store profitability by carefully controlling food and labor costs while aiming to meet and exceed sales goals.
