Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
- responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- strong organizational and communication skills
- knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- direct activities of back of house hourly associates ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- implement purchasing and cost controls
- follow up with corrective action where needed
- ensure made from scratch food is made to specification
- perform administrative and accounting duties according to company policy
- maintain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
- perform other duties as assigned
