Job Duties
- manage sanitary inspections
- verify and correct product storage and preparation according to Craft Food Hall standards
- streamline kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times
- perform random quality control checks on food leaving the kitchen
- check and maintain hot and cold storage temperature control points
- supervise kitchen team members to ensure compliance with food and safety standards
- maintain a positive work environment for team members
- train team members on menu builds and standards
- provide corrective action and training when necessary
- set and verify regular cleaning standards for sanitation
- conduct daily alignment meetings with cooks
- partner with the General Manager and maintain open communication
- communicate scheduling needs based on anticipated business activity
