Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen management in casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • current alcohol and food certification preferred
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to meet physical demands of restaurant environment

  • manage inventory and supply ordering
