The role available is for an experienced and creative individual to assist in the daily operations of the kitchen and hot bar area. This full-time position requires open availability, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and game days, with working hours ranging from 4 am to 8:30 pm. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in various kitchen duties such as food preparation, cooking, and strictly following recipes to maintain the high standards that Redstone Market & Butcher is known for. Additionally, this role involves recipe creation, quality control to ensure every dish meets premium standards, and offering customer service that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.

Smoker and BBQ experience are essential for this position, given the focus on the Smokehouse kitchen's gourmet offerings. The candidate will engage in staff management, helping to coordinate and lead the kitchen team efficiently to maximize productivity and maintain a positive work environment. Experience in catering is considered a plus, as it would contribute to the expanding services offered to customers. Furthermore, responsibilities include overseeing ordering and inventory to guarantee smooth kitchen operations and controlling food costs to maintain profitability without compromising quality.
