Job Duties
- Prepare pizzas, subs, and hot menu items during service
- stretch dough and build pizzas to recipe standards
- operate ovens, fryers, and kitchen equipment safely
- follow recipes and portioning guidelines
- maintain a clean and organized workstation
- restock ingredients and prepare for busy periods
- communicate with team members to keep orders moving efficiently
