The Private Country Club is currently seeking dedicated culinary professionals to join its hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, team-oriented, and looking to expand their skill sets in a fast-paced, high-quality setting. Employees will work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Manager, Chef, and other team members to ensure seamless dining experiences across various settings within the club. Duties include assisting in kitchen station setup and stocking, preparing and plating food following the Chef's guidance, coordinating with servers to ensure timely and accurate order completion, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene. The role demands punctuality, the ability to follow instructions closely, and a passion for working in a fast-moving hospitality environment. Offering both full-time and part-time positions with competitive pay ranging from $18 to $21 per hour, this opportunity is ideal for those with a hospitality background who want to contribute to and grow with a top-tier country club. Job Duties
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- preparing food including cleaning and cooking of ingredients creating appetizers, salads and main dishes
- plating prepared foods based on Chef’s guidance
- working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
- washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
