ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to stand for long periods of time
ability to lift 60 lbs

Job Qualifications

Preferred at least 1-year experience as line cook
able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
strong attention to detail
positive attitude and being respectful to coworkers

Job Duties

Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set
stock and maintain sufficient levels of food on the line
food preparation and portioning prior to service
maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
assisting with stock and inventory
ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
