They act as role models, guiding and developing crew members in their culinary skills and leadership potential. Kitchen Leaders collaborate closely with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to foster a strong team dynamic, ensuring smooth operations and a positive customer experience. The role is physically active, requiring individuals to be on their feet, managing their stations, and pitching in to support their teammates.
