Employees enjoy perks such as tuition assistance covering select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, free food, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday closures, and ample opportunities for career advancement. The company notably supports its workforce by investing in their professional and personal growth, with 80% of its managers having started as crew members. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food quality, sustainability, and leadership in hospitality who want to be part of a mission-driven company transforming the fast-food experience.
