This position involves active engagement on the floor, supporting both the culinary team and front-of-house staff to promote a seamless and positive customer experience. Kitchen Leaders play a vital role in monitoring food quality, minimizing waste, and managing stock inventory levels responsibly. They also handle critical administrative duties such as filling out Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and ensuring first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory practices. This position offers not only the opportunity to enhance culinary know-how but also vital leadership training that can pave the way for career advancement within the company.
