Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in a kitchen leadership role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- effective communication abilities
- availability to work flexible schedules including early shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
