Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in a kitchen leadership role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- effective communication abilities
- availability to work flexible schedules including early shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties
- lead and coach the kitchen team to ensure high performance
- conduct station checks to assess readiness, product quality, shelf life and food safety standards
- partner with the General Manager on team needs, skills and talents
- assist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring new Back of House team members
- praise and recognize great performance while providing constructive feedback
- foster a positive and energetic work environment
- support the team by doing whatever it takes to ensure smooth kitchen operations
