Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in a kitchen leadership role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • availability to work flexible schedules including early shifts
  • ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties

  • lead and coach the kitchen team to ensure high performance
  • conduct station checks to assess readiness, product quality, shelf life and food safety standards
  • partner with the General Manager on team needs, skills and talents
  • assist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring new Back of House team members
  • praise and recognize great performance while providing constructive feedback
  • foster a positive and energetic work environment
  • support the team by doing whatever it takes to ensure smooth kitchen operations
