Salads are chopped daily, and freshly squeezed lemons are used to prepare their signature lemonade, ensuring that every product served aligns with their high standards for taste and freshness. This dedication to quality extends beyond just the food; Chick-fil-A also emphasizes a positive work environment and values teamwork, integrity, and leadership across all their restaurant locations.

This leadership role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain an unwavering focus on speed of service, food safety, food quality, and team management. As a Kitchen Leader, you will be instrumental in organizing shifts, training team members, monitoring food preparation processes, and ensuring that every guest receives a safe and delicious meal every time they visit. The Kitchen Leader is also tasked with ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, promoting cost control measures amongst the team, and maintaining high standards throughout every shift.
