- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Available to work 32+ hour work week
- Previous leadership experience required
- Previous kitchen leadership experience preferred
- Must be available to work 2 Saturdays within a month

Job Duties
- Work alongside team members
- Promote teamwork throughout the restaurant
- Train team following proper Chick-fil-A procedures
- Promote a positive work environment
- Lead others and provide constructive feedback regarding performance
- Collaborate with Kitchen Director to achieve exceptional quality and food safety results
- Coordinate with other Team Leaders to complete shift responsibilities
- Serve as the primary leader in assigned kitchen area
- Ensure workstations are clean and sanitized
- Help promote effective cost controls to team members
