Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Work cooperatively with Kitchen Manager to ensure all budget expenses are within limits
- Identify and communicate ways to improve and streamline operation
- Keep General Manager and Kitchen Manager informed of problems and propose alternative solutions
- Maintain a clean and safe facility
- Monitor and oversee food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce risks of food borne illness
- Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Ensure clear communication with vendors providing restaurant equipment and supplies
