Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior kitchen or culinary experience
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Legal eligibility to work in the country

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach the kitchen team to maintain high energy and motivation
  • Partner with the General Manager to recruit, interview, and hire back-of-house team members
  • Conduct station checks to assess readiness, product quality, shelf life, and food safety standards
  • Foster a positive team environment by praising performance and providing constructive feedback
  • Support the entire team by working collaboratively and doing whatever it takes to meet operational needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, diversity, and positive intent among the kitchen staff
