Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior kitchen or culinary experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform kitchen tasks
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Legal eligibility to work in the country

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruiting and training kitchen staff

- Passion for delivering excellent food and customer experiences
Job Duties
- Lead and coach the kitchen team to maintain high energy and motivation
- Partner with the General Manager to recruit, interview, and hire back-of-house team members
- Conduct station checks to assess readiness, product quality, shelf life, and food safety standards
- Foster a positive team environment by praising performance and providing constructive feedback
- Support the entire team by working collaboratively and doing whatever it takes to meet operational needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Promote a culture of inclusion, diversity, and positive intent among the kitchen staff
