The company prides itself on innovation, leading the food industry in digital technology, sustainable business practices, and fostering inclusive workplace culture.

As a Kitchen Leader at Chipotle, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and safety of food served, ensuring that every dish delivered meets the high standards the brand is known for. This role is dynamic and hands-on, focused on training and developing future Kitchen Leaders while maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient kitchen environment. You will be responsible for cooking, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner. The position requires a passionate individual who embodies Chipotle's Food with Integrity philosophy, promoting teamwork and creating an exceptional customer experience. Kitchen Leaders are vital in sustaining the flow between back-of-house and front-of-house teams, aiding in inventory management and food waste reduction.

Throughout your day, you will ensure that kitchen equipment is in good condition and swiftly address any malfunctions. The role carries a strong emphasis on health and safety standards, including the proper completion of Material Safety Data Sheets and inventory rotation systems, to keep the kitchen accident-free and compliant with regulations. Chipotle offers a competitive compensation package and numerous benefits including tuition assistance, medical and dental coverage, paid time off, holiday closures, free food, digital tips, and growth opportunities with 80% of managers having started as crew members.

Joining Chipotle means becoming part of a people-first company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion at all levels. The company encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds and is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to qualified applicants with disabilities.
