  • clean background check
  • reliable transportation
  • physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • capable of lifting up to 20 pounds safely
  • adherence to safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations
  • manage kitchen staffing and scheduling
  • inventory management and product ordering
  • ensure kitchen safety and compliance with health regulations
  • plan menus and create new recipes
  • assist with line cooking, prepping, and expediting
  • ensure shifts are adequately covered
