Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years kitchen management experience in hotels, resorts, or high-volume restaurants
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and procurement practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high culinary standards and workplace professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Previous kitchen management experience in hotels, resorts, or high-volume restaurants
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of food preparation, safety, sanitation, and cost control

Job Duties
- Maintain high-quality food preparation, plating, and service, including banquet operations
- Monitor kitchen costs, labor, and food usage to meet budget goals
- Work cook line as needed
- Prepare and maintain recipe cards, presentation guides, and documentation
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef to maintain inventory levels per corporate guidelines
- Ensure communication and coordination between kitchen and banquet operations
- Ensure procurement, inventory, and storage practices adhere to corporate guidelines
- Maintain professional conduct and uphold Concord Hospitality's high standards
