The Kitchen Lead assists the Kitchen Manager with overseeing the preparation of food items, managing inventory, ordering supplies, and handling daily kitchen operations in a busy, high-volume environment. This role involves beginning each shift with a team huddle to align daily goals, guiding kitchen staff through efficient processes, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and addressing challenges proactively to keep operations running smoothly. FatCats provides excellent benefits including 401k, health/dental/vision insurance, employer-paid life insurance, voluntary life insurance, accident/disease/disability insurance, employer contributions to a health savings account, and holiday pay. This comprehensive benefits package complements the workplace culture focused on teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.
