Job Requirements
- DOH/ServSafe certification and any required city/state food safety certifications
- Basic mathematical and quantitative skills
- Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
- Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible shifts and schedules, especially early morning hours
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information
- Ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities
- Skill in using a computer and/or tablet

Job Duties
- Upholding and protecting CHOPT's food quality and food safety standards in the kitchen and on the line
- Initiating corrective actions with employees as needed
- Working alongside team members in the Back-of-House to execute successful food preparation and efficient set-up of the line before service
- Participating in early opening shift functions and initiating prep activities
- Managing portion control through daily grab tests and reporting results to management
- Providing support to the General Manager regarding ordering, receiving, inventory, and pars
- Leading and communicating pertinent food preparation information during Limited Time Offer roll-outs
