Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food service or retail preferred
strong customer service orientation
ability to stand for long periods
basic math skills
ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, reaching, lifting up to 40 pounds
effective communication skills in English
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to follow company policies and procedures
ability to collaborate and work in a team environment

Job Duties

Responsible for communicating and supporting the company mission, vision, and values
help resolve customer complaints and problems quickly and effectively
willingness to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays as needed
smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
provide a quick and outstanding experience for all customers
respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner
engage each customer genuinely and thank them for their business
responsible for ordering or assisting the manager with ordering food related items
responsible for conducting or assisting the manager with cost counts
responsible for ensuring that the proper amount of food is available
prepare food orders including quality checks
maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in food service areas
ensure all food service areas are adequately stocked throughout the shift
assist in maintaining inventory records and communicate needs to Kitchen Manager and store management
follow vendor check-in procedures
monitor and log refrigerator temperatures every 3 hours
complete all shift duties and reports accurately and timely
follow all company policies, rules, and procedures
demonstrate teamwork and cooperate with customers and employees
assume other duties and responsibilities needed to accommodate store operational needs
