The Kitchen Lead position at Enmarket plays a pivotal role in supporting the store management team to achieve operational, sales, and profitability objectives through dedicated daily activities in the kitchen and food service areas. The Kitchen Lead supports communication within the kitchen team and collaborates with the Kitchen Manager and General Manager to maintain inventory records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Job Duties

  • Responsible for communicating and supporting the company mission, vision, and values

  • assist in maintaining inventory records and communicate needs to Kitchen Manager and store management
  • follow vendor check-in procedures
  • monitor and log refrigerator temperatures every 3 hours
  • complete all shift duties and reports accurately and timely
  • follow all company policies, rules, and procedures
  • demonstrate teamwork and cooperate with customers and employees
  • assume other duties and responsibilities needed to accommodate store operational needs
