Job Requirements
- Washington State Food and Beverage Worker’s Permit
- Criminal justice fingerprint clearance upon hire
- Available to work 9:55 AM to 11:55 AM Monday through Friday
- Ability to work within the 189-day school calendar
- Must be committed to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Ability to handle basic food preparation tasks
- Willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment a plus
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to follow directions and work as a team member
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks during shift
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Assist with basic food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
- Wash dishes and kitchen utensils
- Support meal service to students and staff
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
- Collaborate with food service team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
