Job Duties
- Perform kitchen helper duties including basic food preparation, following recipes, and portion guidelines
- Serve meals according to Food Safety Plan and Standard Operating Procedures
- Provide coverage and support for team members as needed
- Maintain a productive work pace when preparing, serving, and cleaning
- Practice and promote food and physical safety, reporting all incidents or accidents
- Effectively clean and sanitize work areas per health code
- Label, date, and properly store food and supplies
- Complete opening and closing checklists daily
- Adhere to workplace and trade safety laws and standards
- Build and maintain customer satisfaction with products and services
