Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stay on feet for extended periods
  • Frequent bending squatting kneeling and lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to work with hot water in warm environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to support other Back of House operations
  • Ability to adapt to varying noise levels

Job Duties

  • Arrive on time dressed in full uniform and prepared to work
  • Collaborate directly with Team Members to meet all needs promptly
  • Adhere to proper food handling procedures ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of workspaces
  • Work closely with Team Members to uphold safety and sanitation protocols
  • Collect dirty dishes from both front of house and back of house areas
  • Ensure an uninterrupted supply of clean dishes glassware and utensils for cooks servers and bartenders
  • Restock areas for easy access by other staff members
  • Assist cooks when required including taking on occasional station responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with fellow Team Members and Management to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain organized and clean workstations including sweeping and mopping
  • Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness by handling trash disposal
  • Complete running and end-of-shift side work to ensure readiness for the next Dishwasher
  • Promptly inform Management of any potential issues or concerns
