Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stay on feet for extended periods
- Frequent bending squatting kneeling and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work with hot water in warm environment
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to support other Back of House operations
- Ability to adapt to varying noise levels

- Minimum age of 18 years unless otherwise dictated by state law
Job Duties
- Arrive on time dressed in full uniform and prepared to work
- Collaborate directly with Team Members to meet all needs promptly
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of workspaces
- Work closely with Team Members to uphold safety and sanitation protocols
- Collect dirty dishes from both front of house and back of house areas
- Ensure an uninterrupted supply of clean dishes glassware and utensils for cooks servers and bartenders
- Restock areas for easy access by other staff members
- Assist cooks when required including taking on occasional station responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with fellow Team Members and Management to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain organized and clean workstations including sweeping and mopping
- Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness by handling trash disposal
- Complete running and end-of-shift side work to ensure readiness for the next Dishwasher
- Promptly inform Management of any potential issues or concerns
