Job Requirements
- Preferred 1+ year of back of house experience in a full-service restaurant
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including opens, swings, and closes
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to perform tasks in both hot and cold environments

Job Duties
- Maintain organization and efficiency while washing dishes and utensils
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Restock kitchen and cooking area as needed throughout your shift
- Engage in general cleaning duties within the restaurant
- Execute dishwashing tasks with a focus on pace and organization
- Understand and operate the dishwashing machine including its chemical components
- Know the procedures for changing out water and chemicals as necessary
- Keep the floors clean and safe
- Ensure that plates and smallware are properly cleaned
- Inspect food receiving, preparation, and storage areas to ensure health and safety compliance
- Address unsafe practices or conditions and report them to management
