Job Duties
- operate dishwashing machines to ensure all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned
- manually wash larger items as needed, including pots and essential kitchen tools
- keep your work area organized and uphold high standards of cleanliness in dish storage
- assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks to contribute to a smooth workflow when required
- regularly dispose of kitchen waste to maintain a tidy environment
- monitor and manage cleaning supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary
