Must have a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene

Job Duties

Operate dishwashing machines to clean all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
Manually wash larger items including pots and kitchen tools
Keep work area organized and maintain cleanliness in dish storage
Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks
Regularly dispose of kitchen waste
Monitor and manage cleaning supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
