Job Duties
- operate dishwashing machines to clean dishes glassware flatware pots and pans
- manually wash larger items including pots and essential kitchen tools
- keep work area organized and maintain cleanliness in dish storage
- assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks
- regularly dispose of kitchen waste
- monitor and manage cleaning supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
