Beyond technical cleaning responsibilities, the role entails mentoring new employees during their probationary period and actively participating in daily property communication meetings to foster teamwork and operational excellence. Team members are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, approachability, and respect, supporting a friendly and collaborative work environment. The role also emphasizes safety and adherence to all work policies, including attendance standards.
