Job Description

Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Prior managerial experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility in scheduling
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Willingness to lead and motivate teams
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • Positive team player attitude
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Passion for fast-paced work environments
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customer satisfaction with fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Kitchen, Training, Food Safety, or Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • Ensure quality food production and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen
  • Control food costs and monitor inventory
  • Train kitchen staff on production procedures including new menu items
  • Provide coaching and leadership to build a positive team environment
