Job Description
This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Unlike working directly for McDonald's USA, this franchisee is a separate company and employer that holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products while running the restaurant. This means that all employment matters such as hiring, firing, staff management, discipline, supervision, and scheduling are the responsibilities of the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee independently manages all employment decisions and McDonald's USA has no control or involvement in the employment processes of the restaurant.
